You can pay by debit card, credit card, or Paypal online. Paypal checkout does give the option to checkout as a guest with your credit or debit card and you do not need to be a member.

Do you charge VAT on your sales?

No, at present I am not VAT registered and no VAT is charged on sales.

Yes, I do! The cost is £3.50 per order, and parcels are sent as Royal Mail 2nd Class tracked 48. The cost of shipping is in addition to the cost of the products in your order.

What are your shipping times?

For items that are already made, I aim to ship them out within 3 working days Monday to Friday, but usually do so within 24 hours. That will be delayed if I need to make more stock to ship your custom order.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, you can! There is no cost for collections. Once paid you can collect the items from my home in Worcester Drive, OX11 8UP, Didcot. Payment must be made in full before collection.

When can I collect my order?

It may be possible for you to collect your order on the same day if the item is not a custom order. Once purchased, please contact me at M.E.MyselfAndFatigue@gmail.com or message my Facebook page to arrange collection.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, but only unused items without any signs of wear, with their labels still on, that have been returned to my business address.

How will I receive a refund?

In the same manner that you paid. A refund will be for the price paid for the products, but not the shipping, and will be made within 72 hours of me receiving the product back.

Who pays any return postage?

The customer will need to return the product to my business address, and they will need to pay any associated costs to do so.

Can you collect the items I want to return?

Collection of returns is unavailable. You must return the item to me.

How do your sizes work?

I make sizes to fit the following head circumferences, but as knitted fabric is stretchy, they may stretch to fit beyond these sizes too: • Adult - 21-24 inches • Young adult - 20.5-22 inches • 4-12 years - 19-20.5 inches • 1-3 years - 17-19 inches • 4-12 months - 15-17 inches • Newborn - 3 months- 12-15 inches

What is head circumference?

It’s a measurement around the widest point of the head, wrapping a tape measure in a circle. The widest point will often be the top of the ears.

I only have a ruler that won’t bend round a head. How can I measure?

You can use something not stretchy, such as a shoe lace to measure your head, and then measure that section of the shoe lack with your ruler. You can also tape pieces of paper together to measure if you lack a shoe lace.

Do you take custom orders?

I can, but only for products I already sell with slight variations. I may not have each yarn in stock at all times, so my availability will depend on my stock. Please contact me to discuss custom orders.

Do you use real suede or leather?

No, all tags are faux suede or leather.

How do you remove your faux suede logo tags?

They unscrew, using a flathead screwdriver on the back. You may need to hold the front with pliers while unscrewing. I make them removable as although the word ‘fatigue’ is a big part of my life, I can appreciate not everyone wants that label on themselves.

I have dogs and small animals in my home, and although I do not allow them to be on my projects, their fur may still come into contact with my products.
